2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Cancellation of Services: If a service was paid for in advance and canceled before it was rendered, a partial or full refund may be issued, depending on the stage of service completion.
Errors or Mistakes: If the company fails to deliver a service due to an internal error (e.g., listing not posted, incorrect property information), a refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.

3.Refund Requests

To request a refund, customers must:

Explain the reason for the refund request.
